About Ayurveda

The ancient wisdom of Ayurveda is being acclaimed worldwide for its unique holistic
approach to health and wellbeing. After being shrouded in mystery for a long time; Ayurveda’s principles for life, living and health are finally being unraveled. Much is said and written about Ayurvedic remedies that heal diseases, improve vigor, rejuvenate tired and aging. However, the most effective and the most powerful principle of Ayurveda is still not fully revealed to the world. This principle is one of the first and foremost principles of Ayurveda- ‘Maintain health through a healthy lifestyle’. Curing diseases is only secondary, as diseases are a rare possibility when our lifestyle is healthy.

Ayurveda describes unique lifestyles for different ages, different body types and different seasons, which can be customized to meet the health needs of each and every individual. It discourages the ‘one size fits all’ principle followed by most modern medical systems. Instead, Ayurveda encourages every individual to appreciate the uniqueness of their body, mind, soul and realize the need for highly personalized solutions to their unique health needs. Ayurveda emboldens every person to reconnect with their own self and bring about positive changes in their lifestyle.

Cura Ayurveda’s mission is to simplify and put the principles of Ayurvedic lifestyle within the reach of every person. To provide customized, easy to understand, practical and highly effective Ayurvedic Lifestyle Solutions to the health needs of our society.
